1. Rights & Ownership

• You confirm you are the original creator or have full legal rights to submit the footage.
• By submitting, you permanently grant Northern Drone Footage full and exclusive rights to the footage.
• We reserve the right to use, modify, edit, crop, enhance, remix, and repurpose your submission in any way we see fit, with no further permission required.
• Once submitted, it becomes our content. You waive all rights to how the footage is used.

2. Usage

• Your submission may be used across all our media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, our website, and any future platforms.
• We may include your footage in compilations, promotional materials, reels, and monetized content.
• No credits or attribution will be given.

3. No Compensation

There is no payment, reward, or compensation for submitted footage, regardless of where or how it is used.

4. Privacy

We will not share any personal information publicly. All submissions are stored securely and used for internal reference only.

5. Prohibited Content

Submissions containing illegal, dangerous, or offensive content will be deleted and may be reported.

Video Use Terms for Featured Companies

These terms apply to companies or organisations featured in Northern Drone Footage videos.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All video content published on Northern Drone Footage and our official platforms remains our exclusive property and is protected under UK copyright law.

2. Permitted Usage

If your site, facility, or organisation is featured in one of our videos, you may use that footage for promotional or internal purposes under the following conditions:

• Include a visible link to https://northerndronefootage.co.uk, or
• Tag or mention our YouTube channel, or
• Display the Northern Drone Footage logo within the video or description

3. Spread the Word

We kindly ask that any company using our footage help spread the word by mentioning or linking to our website in associated media or communications.

4. Restrictions

• Footage must not be resold, relicensed, or distributed to third parties.
• Do not remove watermarks or modify footage in a way that conceals its origin.
